Safe ‘n’ Sound Nurseries and Pre-Schools Ltd has a staff structure led by the directors with a management team in place at each site. Members of the management team have embarked on the 'Early Years Professional Status' qualification to ensure the company is led by a team working to the most up to date standards

All staff have appropriate child care qualifications and experience and follow a continuous programme of personal development to ensure they provide children with the highest possible level of care.

Each room has a qualified nursery nurse responsible for the room and the children in it. Each child is assigned a key worker to monitor their progress, maintain records and keep parents informed of day-to-day issues. Regular parents’ evenings provide an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress in more detail.

Staff ratios are:
0-2 yrs – 1 member of staff to 3 children
2-3 yrs – 1 member of staff to 4 children
3-5 yrs – 1 member of staff to 8 children
